A custom job traditionally from start (design creation) to finish product (ring on hand) we suggest 4-6 weeks. This allows time for wax carving, model making, casting, polish, setting, engraving if desired. For more information feel free to contact us directly. Many times clients have stones from a family member and we need to create settings, or they have an idea and want to know more about the process. We will provide Certified diamonds for a design or match stones which you already own. Simply make an appointment or stop in during store hours and we will explain the process complete with samples and photos of past success.
We offer a comprehensive repair department, most repair jobs take two weeks to complete. We are happy to give you an estimate on site for your repair or improvement to your piece.
